4. Return Process

- Provide Proof: Attach photos of the product showing the issue (if applicable).
- Approval & Instructions: Once approved, we’ll provide return shipping details.
- Send the Item Back: Securely pack the product and ship it to the provided address.
5. Refund or Replacement
💰 Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
🔄 Replacements: If applicable, a replacement product will be sent at no additional cost.
6. Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), we will cover return shipping.
- For all other cases, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
